This opinion was expressed by the presidential representative in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Fedor Venislavsky.

According to him, the likelihood of a nuclear strike in Ukraine by the Russian Federation is now very low. Venislavsky believes that Kremlin nuclear threats are blackmail. And it is aimed primarily at the Western European countries and the United States of America. The publication claimed that Russian President Vladimir Putin plans in the near future a demonstration blow on the border of Ukraine with the use of tactical nuclear weapons.
