It is reported that Russian invaders have already developed a concept of preparation for fake plebiscite and identified the main directions of working with dates.

The main role in his organization is planned to give the pro -Kremliv organization "Volunteers of ZA Russia", whose members under the curating of the special services of the Russian Federation should be dispersed by the region to simulate the support of the occupiers by locals, as well as the creation of stakeholders for propaganda.

In addition, to enhance electoral support, the invaders plan to bribe the people with grocery kits and start -ups of Russian operators. "For this purpose," activists "plan to organize more than 140 simultaneous pro -Russian pickets, more than 30 of which should take place in the regional center.
