The Russians will receive two summons to the military assembly: Details of Putin's new decree

According to the chairman of the State Duma Committee on Defense Andriy Kartopolov, not all Russian regions are equipped with modern equipment, which makes it globally abandon electronic format. In the Russian Federation, reports for military assembly will come to citizens in paper form. This was stated by the chairman of the State Duma Committee on Defense Andriy Kartpolov, Roszma reported on May 10.

According to him, the usual "paper" summons will mainly be used, but in some regions where technical capabilities allow them to be duplicated in electronic format. "Verifications for military assembly of citizens who are in stock will come to reservists in the former form, with a number of regions where technical capabilities are allowed, they will be duplicated in an electronic way," the message reads.

He emphasized separately that only the physical story will be considered as a hand, since the system is not fully processed. The technology does not allow the population to send electronic summons everywhere, so mainly the "traditional way" will be used, as Andrey Kartpolov noted. "It is early to talk about it, but mostly the summons will come, of course, in the former form. Because it is far from everywhere there is a technical ability to send summons through technical means," the statement said.

On Wednesday, May 10, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree to call the military assembly of citizens who are currently in stock. It is about men from 18 to 60 years and women from 18 to 55 years old, who at one time served or passed appropriate training. Russian reserves are summoned to the military assembly annually in order to allegedly improve their combat training. According to the plan, the government and the regional authorities must ensure that the measures related to the fees.
