We are for all well and against everything bad: Xiaomi answered the accusations of sponsoring war

The company is "strongly against the accusations", which are nominated by the NAPC. Will it be forbidden to sell Xiaomi products in Ukraine now? Today, Xiaomi responded to the NAPC Sponsor List of War in Ukraine. Since the official representation in our Xiaomi in many years of trade in the Ukrainian market has not been able to open, she posted her answer on the Twitter social network.

In a statement published by Mi Note (which the company has not forgotten to mention), Xiaomi denies its involvement in the sponsoring of Russian occupiers and states that it "does not support any hostilities, but fully supports peace around the world. " The company notes that their only secret desire "to make people's lives in the world is better thanks to innovative technologies.

" In addition, Xiaomi believes that "every consumer in the world is entitled to access to communication and information on the Internet. " The NAPC also noticed a tweete of the company and responded to him by Putin's photo, which thanks Xiaomi for "having access to their communication tools. " This can only happen after the deputies, the President, the Cabinet of Ministers, the National Bank or the SBU will submit such a proposal for the NSDC.

It is the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption that does not have such powers, but informs its list of which companies are best not used. After all, companies from the list are actively trading with the aggressor, and on the taxes they paid to the budget of Russia are purchased weapons and ammunition to kill Ukrainians. Experts say that NAPC is doing a useful business, because public pressure on a company that sells with the occupiers is very important.

So far, no proposals for the prohibition of the Xiaomi supply to the Ukrainian market have been received. However, the owners of retail networks and shops can make such a decision if they want. But judging by the poll of the portal dev. ua, few of the large Ukrainian networks are going to miss their benefits. In the group of ALLO companies, journalists answered that they "study the situation, but will act in accordance with Ukrainian legislation" (that is, they will be prohibited, if it appears).

Citrus, Vodafone Ukraine and other large trading networks have not yet been answered. Judging by yesterday's prescription, the National Anti-Corruption Agency has submitted Xiaomi Corporation to the list of international sponsors of war because "the company has not just continued its work in Russia after a full-scale invasion, but still remains the leader in the sale of smartphones in the state," NACC press service.

In addition, the NAPC states that the more shelling of Ukraine the Russian invaders increased, the more Xiaomi posted in Russia (the sale increased by 39% in mid -2022). According to the NAPC, Xiaomi not only does not curtail trade with the aggressor, but is hardly recruiting new staff to work in their offices and has officially announced the sale of a new line of flagship devices in the aggressor country.
