"Threat of Statehood": Zelensky responded to a petition about the judge of the Supreme Court with Russian citizenship

The petition states that the presence of Russian citizenship in the Supreme Judge is the vertex of law enforcement incompetence. President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky responded to a petition to terminate the citizenship of the judge of the Supreme Court Bohdan Lviv, who had a passport of the Russian Federation. This is stated on the website of the official website of the President of Ukraine.

The answer states that Zelensky instructed the commissions under the President of Ukraine for citizenship to check the existence of grounds for termination of citizenship of Bohdan Lviv and on the results of consideration to make the appropriate decision. As the author of Alina Mikhailov wrote in the petition, the fact that the judge who makes the decision of Ukraine has the citizenship of the aggressor country is a threat to the country's statehood.

Moreover, she accused law enforcement agencies incompetence. The petition gained the necessary 25,000 votes to consider Zelensky. It should be noted that earlier the Russian passport of the judge of the Supreme Court Bohdan Lviv was informed by the reporters of the Project "Scheme".

"I urge President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky to initiate inspection by the relevant state bodies and in the event of confirmation of the facts published by journalists to take advantage of their powers and terminate Bohdan Lviv's citizenship," the petition said.
