Russians carry out total forced mobilization in occupied territories - Ministry of Defense

In the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, Russian invaders carry out forced mobilization due to increased losses in living strength and deterioration of motivation to participate in hostilities against Ukraine. This was announced by Deputy Minister of Defense Anna Malyar at a briefing on Thursday, August 11. According to her, during the week the main efforts of the enemy focused mainly in the East, attempts by the enemy to advance deep into the Donetsk region were not successful.

At the same time, the deputy minister noted, the losses of Russian occupation troops are growing in living force. In this command of the Armed Forces of Russia, it expands the practice of transferring the dates of regular rotations of advanced units for indefinite terms without their completion of personnel.

At the same time, according to the Main Directorate of Intelligence, the decrease in the level of staffing and parts of the enemy human resources significantly affects the moral and psychological state of Russian servicemen and so-called volunteers and impairs their motivation to participate in hostilities against Ukraine.
