The host of the Federal Channel "Russia 1" on the air of his program denied a recent statement that the Kremlin's chairman personally allowed "Kukhar Putin" to go to Belarus without interruption. The security guarantees of the head of the Wagner PEC Yevgeny Prigogine, who staged a rebellion, was not given by Russian President Vladimir Putin, but his colleague Alexander Lukashenko. Toppagandist Dmitry Kiselev made the relevant statement.

On the air of his program, the presenter spoke and stated that the security guarantees of Yevhen Prigogin received not from Putin, as previously claimed, but from Alexander Lukashenko. On the eve, on June 24, the Russian states quoted the Kremlin's pressecretar Dmitry Peskov, who claimed that the Wagner guarantees were provided by Putin in person. Kiselev also showed a fragment from the old interview with Vladimir Putin, in which he emphasized that he could forgive everything except betrayal.

Peskov specified that the guarantee of termination of criminal prosecution and the opportunity to be in Belarus was given to the word of the President of the Russian Federation.
