Mobilization in Ukraine: What diseases do not take to the Armed Forces ranks

Annex 1 regulates the release from mobilization in Ukraine for health reasons in the case of certain diseases specified in the relevant rules. The mobilization in Ukraine will continue because the deputies of the Verkhovna Rada have adopted laws on approval of the presidential decrees, which relate to the prolongation of its validity for another 90 days - until August 18, 2023. The total mobilization of 2023 will not apply to some Ukrainians who cannot serve for health reasons.

The list of diseases that release Ukrainians from mobilization and military service in the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are indicated in Annex 1. The military during the war is divided into two categories in the presence of certain diseases. Diseases with which do not mobilize: mobilization in Ukraine in 2023 will not affect those who received injuries of the spine, blood vessels, spinal cord, nerve plexuses and peripheral nerves.

Also in the list of circumstances concerning the condition of the body, indicated swelling and hemorrhage of the spinal cord with significant impaired function, spine fractures at any level, rupture , compression, concussion. We will remind, on June 29 it became known that deputies of the Verkhovna Rada expanded the list of conscripts to service in 2023. The changes have affected those Ukrainians, under the care of whose relatives are with disabilities of the first and second groups.
