"At the beginning of the year, my grandmother asked me to assist in the return of the grandson of Artem, who, together with other pupils of the Oleshkivsky orphanage, was deported in the Russian Federation," Dmitry Lubinets said. The woman noted that as soon as information appeared that the pupils of the Internet began to be taken to the Russian Federation, she immediately went to the institution to pick up her grandson.

While Grandma Artem got there, he was already taken to Russia, then to the Crimea, and then left in a temporarily occupied Skadovsk. The administration of the institution refused to return the teenager to the guardian of the relative.

"My grandmother was appointed a guardian over his grandson and other measures to return the child to the return of the child to Ukraine's return to Ukraine," the Ombudsman emphasized to protect the body of guardianship and care for the implementation of measures to protect the rights and interests of the child.
