Ukrainian electricity will help to replace Europe's energy from the Russian Federation - Zelensky (video)

Ukraine can potentially export dozens of electricity gigawat. Due to this, the EU can do without Russia in the future of energy supply, the President assured. Ukraine is able to supply dozens of electricity gigawatts to Europe after the release of the territory from Russian troops. Potentially Ukrainian exports will be able to replace Europe with energy supplied from the territory of the aggressor state.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky stated this during a speech at the German-Ukrainian Economic Forum. "Ukraine is the energy security of Europe, and not only our neighbors. When we liberate our entire territory from Russian invaders, the European Union will be able to replace dirty Russian energy resources with our help," the Head of State said.

Zelensky also noted that exports of Ukrainian electricity can potentially reach dozens of gigawatts - this will help the European Union to comply with its climate policy to abandon the harmful energy ecology, including fossil fuels. We will remind, due to Russian missile shelling on objects of critically important infrastructure, Ukraine has stopped export of electricity to EU countries since October 11.
