Decentralization of generating capacity will be one of the main short -term tasks, especially taking into account the preparation for the next heating season. The Ministry of Energy said that it would be with the Ukrainian energy system after the war. The restructuring plans were shared by the Minister of Energy Herman Galushchenko during the Transatlantic Energy and Climate Partnership for the P-TECC partnership in Zagreb, the press service of the Ukrainian department reports.

According to him, decentralization of generating capacity will be one of the main short -term tasks, especially taking into account the preparation for the next heating season. And after the war, according to Herman Galushchenko, the Ukrainian power system will work on the basis of pure and safe energy. "We will do it as fast as possible. Gas turbines and gas -piston generation, as well as renewable energy sources can play a key role here," the minister said.

In the medium term, an increase in the share of atomic generation in electricity production is also planned. On Wednesday, March 1, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky held an energy meeting, which was invited by representatives of Naftogaz, Energoatom, Ukrenergo and Ukrhydroenergo. The meeting, which lasted almost three hours, was also attended by officials, the chairman of the profile committee in the Ukrainian Parliament, representatives of the Ministry of Defense and Intelligence.

"This winter has been passed. It was very difficult, and every Ukrainian was felt without exaggeration. But we were able to provide Ukraine with energy and heat. Yes, the threat to the grid is stored. Ukrainian President. The head of state noted that current tasks have already been recorded in order to complete this heating season normally. Preparation for the future heating season was also started.

At the same time, small local electricity deficits are still possible in the country in the next few months, but the blackout will not come.
