During martial law and war against Russian aggression, Ukraine does not plan to reduce or abolish pensions. On the contrary, the amount of payments will increase according to the subsistence minimum. “I cannot say that the payments planned for the next year will increase significantly by 5%, how the subsistence minimum will increase in December. But we do not plan to reduce payments for anyone and even more to cancel them.

The maximum subsequently can be combined payments, unified as part of the general reform, which we carry out in terms of the efficiency of all kinds of support. This will happen due to the increase in the minimum wage from 6500 UAH to 6700 UAH. The minimum age pension will be raised to persons who do not work and those who: persons aged 70 to 75 years will receive a monthly compensation payment of 300 UAH (within the pension payment of UAH 10340. 35). If a person reaches the age of 70 years after October 1, the compensatory payment will be set from the date of reaching this age.
