Erdogan stated that the exchange of prisoners is an important step to ending war

The Turkish leader noted that the exchange became possible after the negotiations of the Presidents of Ukraine and Russia through Turkey. Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said that the exchange of prisoners took place as a result of negotiations with Russian Presidents Vladimir Putin and Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky through Turkey.
