The reconnaissance drone, who was called "the most abandoned" in the battalion, has already been reworked and forced to serve the Armed Forces. Marines noted that each beaten drend deprives the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, as well as the ability to adjust artillery fire and throw out ammunition from the air.
"At least one of our positions has now appeared a reliable protective dome, Russian soldiers, judging by panic radios in our area, are desperate, and flocks of enemy drones are forced to bypass this supporter," the press service said. On January 5, the 88th Battalion reported on Facebook about receiving an antitrone rifle worth more than 500 thousand UAH from volunteers from Ivano-Frankivsk and Rivne regions.
The equipment was handed over to one of the landing units to "increase its combat capability at times". In the published video, the military posed with the Antidron KVSG-6 gun from the Ukrainian company Kvertus. According to the manufacturer, it creates directed radio interruptions with the help of special disk antennas to suppress control signals and satellite navigation. Once influenced by the rays, most available drones lose their connection with the operator and fall to the ground.
The rifle looks like a rifle from the future and is used in a similar way - you only need to cite the trunk towards the enemy drone and press the button. It is quite heavy, but mobile thanks to a built -in battery. The operator can use all available frequencies or select them separately. On the eve, they wrote that the Antidron KVSG-6 gun was received by Kyiv's territorial defense.
