Derkach was wanted: People's Deputy is suspected of working on the Kremlin

According to the investigation, the parliamentarian received more than $ 500,000 from the Russian Federation for destabilizing Ukraine's relations from the United States, as well as integration into the EU and NATO. The Specialized Anti -Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAP) reported suspicion of illegal enrichment and state treason of non -party and non -factional MP Andriy Derkach.

The investigation found that the parliamentarian worked for intelligence and law enforcement agencies, for which he received at least $ 567 thousand dollars. The policy is wanted. This was reported on Friday, September 16, by the SAP press service.

During the investigation, it was found that during 2019-2022, Derkach received at least $ 567 thousand from exploration and law enforcement agencies for discrediting Ukraine in the world, deterioration of US diplomatic relations, as well as complications of integration into the European Union and NATO. The policy is charged with articles on illegal enrichment and treason (Part 2 of Article 28 of Part 1 of Article 111, Article 368-5 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

The SAP noted that Derkach is hiding from the investigation, and therefore the decision was made to announce the policy. In addition, the Supreme Anti -Corruption Court issued a resolution on permission to detain a parliamentarian. The department does not specify that it was about Andriy Derkach, but on the same day the National Anti -Corruption Bureau of Ukraine published information about the announcement of his wanted.

We will remind, earlier the Security Service of Ukraine informed about the exposition of the agent network of the Main Intelligence Department of the General Staff of the Russian Federation (GRU), which included MP Andriy Derkach. The purpose of this group was to assist the Russian troops in the occupation of the Ukrainian territory. According to the investigation, the parliamentarian received several million dollars every 3-4 months.
