This was stated by the mayor of Melitopol Ivan Fedorov. He said that on August 17 in Melitopol a loud explosion in the south of the city - in the area where one of the commander of the occupiers is located. It is unknown about the consequences of this explosion, as the invaders surrounded the whole area.
