Dmitry Kuleb, the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on March 14, reported this on his social networks. "Two more countries have joined a coalition to create a special tribunal on the crime of aggression against Ukraine. Now 32 states work together to hold the above political and military leadership of Russia. Putin and his associates will stand before court," the official wrote.

The Government Portal states that the coalition representatives gathered on January 26 in Prague for the Constituent Session organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.
