According to him, the energy supply has already been restored in Sumy, and work is continued in Zhytomyr and Kharkiv. A schedule of emergency shutdowns in Kyiv, Kyiv, Chernihiv, Cherkasy and Zhytomyr regions was introduced. "According to preliminary information, most energy infrastructure will be able to restore today. Part will start working tomorrow," Denis Shmigal said.

The head of government also urged Ukrainians to limit electricity consumption, especially in the evening, for a few days, as long as repair work is ongoing. We will remind, earlier the National Energy Company "Ukrenergo" decided to temporarily limit the supply of electricity in Kyiv and Kyiv region. This step will affect parts of industrial enterprises and consumers. According to DTEK Kyiv Regional Electric Networks, the shutdown will be about two hours.
