The adviser to the head of the Presidential Office noted that European countries help Ukraine, but at the same time there are bureaucracy and some conservatism that had to deal with, as well as difficulties in the supply of weapons. “If Europe wants to accelerate the end of the war, it is necessary to understand its mathematics. There is no parity in weapons yet, because Russia has accumulated systems of volley fire, artillery.
The faster we can expel Russia from our territory, the faster we can talk about the end of the war. If we want to accelerate the end of the war and the defeat of Russia, we need weapons; If we want to minimize people's loss, we need heavy weapons, ”he explained.
