Assistance and taxes paid in advance. How Epam supports Ukraine during the war

Since February 24, the main tasks for the ERAM Company were the security of the thousands of Ukrainian team and comprehensive support of Ukraine. In March, the company allocated $ 100 million to assist specialists and their families, and in April created a special EPAM Assistance Fund fund to combine the efforts of specialists, partners, clients to organize assistance to people and communities where it is essential.

Video of the Day "We received hundreds of requests for help - from our colleagues, partners, funds, representatives of local authorities, forced displaced persons from all over the country. A team of prompt response was formed to organize a systematic approach, which coordinates all assistance work on a permanent basis. We are currently working with more than 30 international and local funds. Over the past six months, Eraram, in cooperation with them, has assisted Ukraine worth UAH 67 million.

Volunteer movement inside the era. According to internal surveys, more than 800 colleagues include volunteers, about 100 of them are actively involved in public organizations or their own volunteer projects. The volunteers' inner community closes about ten different requests - from providing first aid kits, food and clothes to buy cars. A separate direction of assistance is digital volunteering.

The company specialists have implemented 15 IT projections for the development of digital decisions at the request of state bodies, in particular, a platform was developed for faster design of humanitarian cargo on the border, a platform for collecting data from the organization of a sowing campaign, a site of coordination of assistance in the city of Ivano-Frankivsk, etc. Digitized assistance data can be found in the added infographic.
