Andriy Yermak informed US senators about the situation at the front and strengthening the Ukrainian army

The head of the Presidential Office Andriy Yermak organized a briefing for the delegation of the Senators of the United States, which are in our country on a visit. The meeting was attended by a senator from the Republican Party Lindsey Graham, Senators from the Democratic Party Richard Blumental and Sheldon Wighthaus, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United States to Ukraine Bridget Bring.

Andriy Yermak noted that I am glad to greet American senators who are not visiting Ukraine for the first time during a terrible war. “I am glad to welcome you to the President's office again. Today you will hear information directly from the front, which is very important in the context of understanding the current situation, ”said the head of the head of state. He expressed gratitude to the senators for the support of Ukraine at the most critical points.

During the meeting of the senators, it was acquainted with the course of confrontation of a full -scale invasion of the Russian Federation. Representatives of Ukrainian intelligence and commanders of troops informed the American delegation about the situation around the borders of Ukraine and evaluate the prospects of further actions of the Russian troops, the situation on the Eastern Front, the effectiveness of use of forces and means of air defense.

Senators also transferred information about the needs of defense units to increase their efficiency, in particular to protect against the enemy from the air. Particular attention was paid to the protection of critical infrastructure, among other things, man -made. “We are concerned that these attacks will continue.
