Both vessels and planes: Poland was entitled to defend themselves from the Russian Federation weapons

To flood ships and whisk aircraft belonging to the Russian Federation, Poland is entitled only if they threaten the Baltic Pipe gas pipeline. In Poland, they decided to attack and heat foreign vessels if they threaten the Baltic Pipe gas pipeline laid at the bottom of the sea. The corresponding decision was made by the Polish Parliament on Thursday, May 4.

The adopted document refers to the possibility of the Polish military to respond to threats associated with attacks on energy infrastructure at sea. However, before taking such rigid measures for foreign courts, the country must receive from NATO accurate information that ships located in the waters of the sea really want and can damage the underwater area of the gas pipeline.

The document adopted by the Polish Parliament also states that in exceptional situations and when other options were exhausted, the military will be allowed to prevent a terrorist attack by moving a hostile ship or airship. The law also allows you to beat foreign civilian planes if there are terrorist attacks with their use. However, this is only allowed in the extreme, when other opportunities for neutralizing the threat and on board are only exhausted.

The area of anti -terrorist operations in which new rules will be in force will be extended to the entire sea area of Poland. It should be noted that no officials in the Russian Federation have not yet commented on this bill. Baltic Pipe is a gas pipeline that binds Norway through the Baltic Sea to the rest of Europe. It was opened in September 2022. Baltic Pipe transports natural gas from the North Sea to Poland due to Denmark up to 10 billion m3 per year.

The Baltic Pipe Project's project consists of five main components: the North Sea Sea Gas Playline, the shoreline and the compressor station in Denmark, the sea pipeline at the bottom of the Baltic Sea and the coastline in Poland. We will remind, on May 3 the media wrote that the ships of the Russian Federation were in the area of "Nord Stream" before a series of explosions.

Journalists were able to collect and establish very detailed data on the movement of Russian courts in the area shortly before diversions. Russian ships were moving with off identification devices. And on March 27, it became known that the UN rejected the resolution of the Russian Federation on the blasting of the Nord Stream.
