The most difficult time in the capital and 15 regions: Vinnytsia, Dnipropetrovsk, Zhytomyr, Transcarpathian, Frankivsk, Kyiv, Kirovohrad, Lviv, Mykolaiv, Odesa, Poltava, Ternopil, Kharkiv, Kherson, Khmelnitskaya. There are also problems in other regions. Energy, public utilities, business - all do their part of work to give light again.
This is really a national task - Ukraine is working as much as possible. I thank our SES and the whole system of regional administrations for the rapid deployment of a network of unbreakable points. Of course, the situation on the forefront was considered very carefully and in detail. No matter how difficult it is, we keep the key boundaries in all directions. Our boys are bravely defending. And there are directions on which we prepare forward. We fix how the invaders try to throw extra forces. We do our best to "unite" these forces. Almost every hour I get a message about the strikes of the occupiers in Kherson and other communities of the region.
Such terror began immediately after the Russian army was forced to escape from Kherson region. These are the revenge of those who lost. They cannot fight. The only thing that can be terrorized. Either energy terror, or artillery, or rocket, is all that Russia has degraded for its current leaders.
