To the Fighters of the Armed Forces and the National Guard in the rear since February 1 reduce the salary: what amount will be received

Fighting payments 100 thousand UAH per month will be saved for the Ukrainian soldiers on the collision line. The same applies to families of prisoners and missing persons. In Ukraine, the approach to payroll for fighters of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the National Guards, which are in the rear, will now be changed, they will now receive less.

From February 1, payments will depend directly on the areas of residence of the military, complexity and specifics of the combat or special tasks performed by them. This was informed by security and defense forces in a joint statement. "It is about the application of a new approach to payment of 30 thousand and 100 thousand UAH, introduced by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine by the Resolution of February 28, 2022 No. 168," - the message reads.

From February 1, 2023, the minimum level for the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the National Guard and the State Border Service of Ukraine in the rear will be at least 20 100 UAH instead of 30 thousand UAH. The Council and commanders of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine and police will receive at least 17 thousand UAH. The security and defense forces explained that it was time to change the amount of salaries depending on the place, conditions and features of the service.

"Currently, all military personnel, including the staff, receive additional cash in a fixed amount of 30 thousand UAH in different regions of Ukraine. At the same time, fighters who, while risking their lives, perform tasks in hostilities, but do not participate directly in battles with enemy, enemy. They receive absolutely the same additional payments - 30 thousand, " - said in the message.

"The announced changes will affect exclusively military personnel and employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, who are outside the war in different regions of Ukraine, stitches and cadets of universities, officers of departments and staffs, as well as some other categories," - added in the department. Recall that in December 2022 the Ukrainian military increased the salary by 37%.
