The speaker of the Ignati Air Force argued that the Armed Forces did not have the means to defeat ballistic missiles. The C-400 system, which is a deep modernization of the S-300 S-300, includes an anti-aircraft managed 48H6 missile, which has reached its predecessor. The 48H6 rocket is capable of striking for land purposes, and its action radius can reach 200 km.

If the starting unit is placed in Belarus near the border with Ukraine, then not only all Kyiv, but also part of Zhytomyr, Chernihiv and Sumy regions will be in the radius of the lesion. If the starting unit is not in Belarus, but in the Bryansk region of the Russian Federation near the border with Ukraine, then in this case the radius is not enough to reach all Kyiv.
