The Russian ship "Union" fell in the Kazakh steppe (photo)

The Buried "MS-22 Union" with the ISS was found on March 28 for 150 kilometers from Zhazkazgan in Kazakhstan. The Soyuz Space Space, which was leakage of coolant in December 2022, flew from the International Space Station (ICS) and landed in the steppe Kazakhstan near the city of Zhezkazgan. This was reported in Roscosmos on March 29. He landed about 150 kilometers southeast of Zhazakgan at 11:46. The department showed a photo of a burnt space vessel.

"The descent to the ground was regular," Roscosmos said. 218 kg of cargoes were allegedly delivered from the ISS on the "MS-22 Union". Among them are the results of scientific experiments and equipment of the station for analysis or reuse. The post noted that the spread with the Rassvet module and the further stages of the descent took place. In Roscosmos, they urged to evaluate incredible photos from the location of the object.

Recall that in February 2023 Roscosmos, with the help of American equipment at the ISS, made a photo of damage to its spacecraft, rushed to the station. The pictures show brown spots, similar to rust and hole in the radiator of the ship. The external damage to the space vessel, which are responsible for the leakage of coolant, which took place on December 14, are recorded in the photos. Then Roscosmos stated that the hole in the ship was formed due to collisions with a meteorite.

In January, Roscosmos conducted an analysis of the emergency situation at the ISS and after consultation with NASA on the possible return of the crew from space station to land. The Russians made the final decision independently to engage in the process of transportation of astronauts from space. The head of the department Yuri Borisov stated that Russian astronauts Dmitry Petelin and Sergey Prokopiev, as well as NASA astronaut Frank Rubio will return to Earth on the new spacecraft "Union MS-23".
