"Not diminishing": US General called the main threat to Ukraine by the Russian Federation

Mark Millie stated that Russia is now using many artillery at the front and will continue to do so until its troops are completely exhausted. The Chairman of the Joint Committee of the Chiefs of Staff Mark Millie said that now Ukraine is the greatest threat from Russian missile attacks, including the capital of the country. Millie stated this as a result of the Ramstein format.

He noted that Russian troops in Ukraine suffer great losses and do not use any "exquisite" hostilities, but simply use a large number of artillery. "How long it will last, it is difficult to say now. It can take several weeks. Therefore, in my opinion, it can continue until the Russians may be exhausted. I am sure that Ukrainians do not retreat, and so we now pay attention to to this war zone, "he said.

Millie also noted that he could not disclose US intelligence data, but it may say that Russian missile attacks are the greatest danger. "I cannot say what intelligence data we have now. The only thing I can say that the biggest threats are rocket attacks, including Kiev. Therefore, I will not diminish the Russian ability to attack further over the next weeks," he added.

Earlier, Focus reported that the head of Pentagon Lloyd Austin, following the meeting in Ramstein format, stated that in the United States they did not see that Russia would prepare a massive offensive on Ukraine in the near future, but would do their best to protect the country in the future.
