According to the Kremlin head, after the explosion on the Crimean bridge and "sabotage" at Kursk NPP in Russia it is necessary to increase the protection of infrastructure objects. Russian President Volodymyr Putin said that terrorist groups, including Islamic fighters (IDIL), were trying to get into the CIS countries. The head of state-aggressor said this meeting with the heads of law enforcement agencies and special services of the Commonwealth of Independent States.

According to the Russian leader, in the CIS countries it is necessary to stop "the spread of foreign mercenaries with combat experience. " He also noted that in the Union states allegedly attempts to organize "color revolutions" and artificially ignite conflicts.

Among other things, Putin stressed that after an explosion on the Crimean bridge and the so -called "sabotage" at Kursk NPP (FSB of Russia reported that on August 4, 9 and 12, "Ukrainian saboteurs" allegedly blew up six PHP supports related to Kursk NPP), in Russia it is necessary to increase the protection of infrastructure objects. "Increased safety measures should be taken on critically important transport and energy infrastructure," the Kremlin's head commented.

According to him, these objects, as well as places of mass gathering of people in the Russian Federation should be as protected as possible. Recall that American journalist David Aleselman believes that Vladimir Putin has two main goals in the near future - to distract the Russians' attention from failures on the front and to pull time. The Kremlin's head hopes that a difficult winter will make the event refuse to help Kiev.
