Mobilization in the Russian Federation: Who died for Russia and whom they will probably be sent to do it now

The Russian authorities will send to Ukraine residents of depressed regions. Those who were called "Russian foreigners" in the Russian Empire for a long time did not look at the statistics of confirmed Russian losses. Naturally, it is not about the words of the Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation Sergei Shoig. After all, 5937 of the dead Russian "military" less than the number of obituaries in the local press: according to BBC estimates, there were 6424 on September 16, 2022.

Once again, these are obituaries in the regions where newspapers are issued, and where there is no ban on printing such for those who fought in Ukraine. But the figures are not interesting, but the breakdown by regions, the share of recognized losses per 100,000 population, as well as other characteristics of the region. Especially on the eve of "partial mobilization" in the Russian Federation, declared by dictator Vladimir Putin.

How to compare with the previous section (May 11, 2022), the first ten by the number of losses per 100,000 population has not changed much. This (as the share decreases): Tiva and Buryatia are still "arguing for the first place" in a fraction of disposed of residents. The following are North Ossetia, the Republic of Altai, the Transbaikal Territory, the Pskov Oblast, the Jewish JSC, the Kostroma, the Sakhalin, the Ulyanovsk regions. The Top-10 September included Sakhalin and Ulyanovsk regions.

They dropped from the top 10 (but near-divide 11-13 places) Dagestan, Mari El and Sevastopol. What combines areas with the highest loss of losses? For example, the level of profits. The average salary in these regions (data for 2021) was approximately 73% of the average Russian level, or in the region of 37,000 rubles. At the same time, in most of this list, the unemployment rate is two to five times higher than the Central Russian.

That is, even relatively high salaries in Sakhalin, Tivi or Buryati are provided with a "budget". The work of others is not enough (or not). The alternative is the army, the police (the same budget with high local standards). At the other end of the rating (with a minimum amount of loss), almost unchanged-Moscow and the region, St. Petersburg and the region, Yugar, Yamalo-Neni AO, Yakutia, Yaroslavl, Kaluga and Tomsk regions. That is, key raw regions + areas around the "capitals".

In all these regions, except for the Yaroslavl region, the unemployment rate is three to ten (!!) lower than the Central Russian. And the level of salaries is 38% more than the average in the Russian Federation - the figure is approximately 70,800 Russian rubles. At the same time, the averaged data could be higher if it were not for the negative of Yaroslavl and the Leningrad region.

But these regions are unlikely to be donors of mobilization, as they are close to the "capitals" and unnecessary alleys of fresh graves on local cemeteries are not needed by the Kremlin. At the same time, the proportion of confirmed losses (per 100,000 population) in Moscow 160 (one hundred sixty) times is lower than that of the leader of "rating" Tiva.

The proportion of losses in Kaluga region (76th in the ranking of the fraction of the share) is four times lower than in Ulyanovskaya (10th place). Thus, talking about mobilization in the Russian Federation, I think, logic will remain - they will be sent to die "for Russia" of residents of depressed regions, mostly from "national autonomies". Those who were called "Russian foreigners" in the Russian Empire.
