Russians massively take game consoles for rent: what happened

Particularly popular are consoles with already -minded games for games, because because of sanctions, the Russians have lost access to content branded stores.

According to statistics, last year the largest service of free ads of Russia Avito noticed an increase in demand for renting prefixes by 43%. At the same time, prefix rental proposals increased by 73%. In addition, leases are not done by individuals, but large firms through the salons of giants such as MTS or "liaison", which is very indicative in terms of scale. Due to the sanctions, many major Russian retailers began to sell subscriptions and game vouchers for other countries.

Some firms, such as Arenter "have introduced a flexible rental device policy and offer not only consoles, but also play games separately. But the most popular service is the rental of the console and the games together. All this rental boom in game consoles occurs on the background of a global fall by 30% sales of consoles in the Russian market.
