The Russians changed the tactics of rocket firing of Ukraine. Former adviser to the Minister of Internal Affairs Rostislav Smirnov in an interview with Channel 24 told this on April 5. According to him, in a number of cities of Ukraine it became quieter, since the invaders focused on the blows of frontier settlements.

"What we see for today is really changing tactics. We see that they have exacerbated the shelling of the civilian population and civilian houses in frontline cities," Smirnov said. At the same time, Smirnov noted that if in winter the purpose of the Russians was to beat the energy infrastructure, now they have no goal.

The former adviser to the Minister of Internal Affairs noted that the information that the Russians will now beat the bridges is unlikely because the accuracy of their hit leaves much to be desired. "One story, when you shoot, for example, in a substation that is large enough in area, another thing is to get into the bridge. If you do not get, then [the rocket] will just go into the water. And this resource is quite limited," he said Smirnov.
