The occupiers want to build new settlements on the Arabat arrow between the Kherson region and Crimea

According to the so-called "governor" Vladimir Saldo, the development of prose-estimate documentation has already begun. He states that housing prices in the captured resort area "will be lower than in Crimea. " The pro -Russian occupation authorities want to build new settlements on the Arabatian arrow, located in the captured Genichesky district of Kherson region. This was stated by the so -called "Your Governor" of the region Vladimir Saldo.

"We have in particular the assignment of the President [of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin] to develop other settlements on the Left Bank, in particular on the Arabat Arrow. But we have other places where we can restore housing construction at all," the collaborator commented. According to the balance, the development of prose-estimate documentation has already begun. He also stressed that the "development plan" of the occupied Arabat arrow and Genichesk is being developed.

Currently, the invaders describe all the objects of work in progress. At these sites, they plan to erect houses, administrative facilities, schools, kindergartens and hospitals. The balance emphasizes that housing on the Arabat arrow can be obtained by housing certificates, which are now allegedly issued to residents of Kherson region. Prices for such housing, as the assistant of the invaders, will be much lower than in Crimea.

"There is more expensive real estate, and there will be new housing, and the price will be lower," the balance has summarized. The Arabat arrow is a narrow braid 117 km long, separating the Azov Sea and Lake Sivash. The northern part of the braid is part of the Genichesky district of Kherson region, the southern part of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea. Along the Arabat arrow, there is a soil road from Genichesk to the Kerch Peninsula, laid in 1835 as a postal tract.
