According to the Kremlin's statement, the "Kiev regime" attempted to strike under the residence of the Russian President Vladimir Putin. "There are no victims and material losses as a result of the fall and breakdown on the territory of the Kremlin. We consider these actions as a planned terrorist action and an attempt on the President, held on the eve of Victory Day, a parade on May 9, on which the presence of foreign guests is planned," - the message reads.
