Summit in Astana: Erdogan will discuss with Putin's "Fast Achievement" in Ukraine

In Turkish media, there were rumors that Ankara will try to plant a number of European countries and a number of European countries at the negotiation table to discuss the Ukrainian issue. Turkish President Recep Taiip Erdogan will meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin on Astana as part of a regional sixth summit of meetings on interaction and trust in Asia (NUMDA).

According to the Turkish TV TV channel, the Turkish leader will discuss with his Russian colleague steps to resolve the situation around Ukraine, the grain corridor, and events in Syria. "It is expected that President Erdogan will discuss the last situation in the Russian-Ukrainian war, Turkey's peaceful efforts and the grain corridor. The development of events in Syria will also be discussed," the message reads.

In addition, Turkish President in Astana will meet with Alexander Lukashenko, and will speak to the heads of state and governments in the Fields of SVMDA. Even before Erdogan's trip to Kazakhstan, a Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov stated that in the fields of a regional summit in Astana, the leaders of the two countries could discuss potential negotiations of Russia and the West.

However, when asked whether Ankara had submitted some proposals to Moscow for such negotiations, Peskov answered negatively and added that this would be known during the meeting of Erdogan and Putin. Meanwhile, Turkish media reported that Ankara was planning to land with Russia with Russia, France, Germany and the United Kingdom. According to journalists, this plan was allegedly transferred to Washington, where some White House officials were approved.

However, there was no confirmation of this information from US sources, even unofficial. In this regard, the Air Force observers write that even such a plan exists, its main problem is the absence of the invited parties to Ukraine itself. And Kyiv not only rejects the possibility of direct negotiations with Putin, but also insists on the principle of "nothing about Ukraine without Ukraine".

Earlier, Turkish President Recep Taiip Erdogan said on October 11, the modern model of the world order needs reform. According to him, the current system of relationships "cracks on the seams" and the attitude of many world leaders to the war in Ukraine in Ukraine. Yesterday, October 12, US President Joe Biden reported that he did not see good reasons to meet with President Putin at the G20 summit.
