Also in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation will mobilize Russians with second citizenship. Earlier, such powers for the Ministry of Defense have not been spelled out in the legislation of the country. In Russia, people with injuries will now call for military service. The corresponding decree was signed by Russian President Vladimir Putin.

The document allows people who were injured and recognized by the Military Medical Commission not suitable for service, if desired to continue it under contract in various specialties in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. Previously, there was no such item in the legislation, as well as a separate regulation for the recruitment of personnel, which works with the nuclear charges that have now been added.

In addition, the decree will allow the Ministry of Defense to contract with foreigners. According to human rights activists and experts, the decree refers to the conscript service of Russians with second citizenship that could not be done earlier. We will remind, earlier in the Ministry of Defense of Belarus denied preparation for mobilization of civilians, with their subsequent sending to the front to Ukraine.

According to the State Security Council of the Security Council of the RB Oleksandr Volfovich, the purchase of military commissariats of various forms, forms and other formalized printed products is a standard annual procedure that ensures the planned work of the commissariats. Earlier, the media reported that President Alexander Lukashenko decided to carry out hidden mobilization in Belarus.
