In order to liberate the territory from Ukrainians, the occupiers "promote" the topic of vacation in Russian resorts. Thus, on October 17, Roszma published footage with residents of Kherson region, who were sent to the city of Anapa Krasnodar region allegedly for rest and restoration of strength. "Occupational authorities can use vacation schemes as a method of deportation of Ukrainian citizens to Russia," military experts say.

In the General Staff of Ukraine, for their part, it was reported that the Chechen units of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation forcibly evaluate citizens of Ukraine from their homes in the captured Rivne Lugansk region. It is also like an attempt to delay the occupied regions and populate them by the Russian military forces, according to ISW.
