On Monday, January 16, a video with a blow to a Russian rocket on a residential multi-storey building in Dnipro on January 14 was published in Telegram-channel "Dnipro". "Who else has doubts that it was aircraft, or gas, or a terrorist attack, as Russian terrorists told," the video said.

The footage that was removed from the car passing the street clearly shows how the rocket is purposefully flying in a direct trajectory. After that, an explosion and a fire that raided at the scene was recorded. On Saturday, January 14, the Advisor to the Presidential Office Alexei Arestovych on the program with the Russian human rights activist Mark Feigin said that a multi -storey building in the Dnieper could suffer from a rocket that allegedly shot down the Ukrainian air defense forces.

"She was knocked down, she fell into the entrance. She exploded when she fell," Arestovich said in particular. Meanwhile, in the Air Force of the Armed Forces, they told that a rocket type X-22 was launched from the Kursk region in the Dnieper. As it is noted, today Ukrainian defenders do not have equipment capable of knocking down such shells.
