The Blogger from Kramatorsk will be tried for the denial of the aggression of the Russian Federation - she told live on the "legitimacy" of the DNR terrorist organization and denied the occupation of Ukrainian cities by the invaders. This was reported by the press service of the Donetsk prosecutor's office.

According to the investigation, in March 2022, a local resident, using her own social network account, posted a video of a direct broadcast, which recognized the "legitimate intention" of Kramatorsk from Ukraine in 2014.

Video of the day at the prosecutor's office stated that the blogger denied the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, the occupation of the enemy of Ukrainian cities, and also expressed its commitment to the creation and existence of a terrorist organization "DNR". The specified video has been viewed by users more than 1500 times.

Under the procedural leadership of the Donetsk Regional Prosecutor's Office, a pre -trial investigation was completed against the citizen of Ukraine on the justification of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine and the dissemination of materials with the denial of the temporary occupation of part of the territory of Ukraine committed repeated (Part 2, Article 436-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). Currently, the indictment has been sent to court.
