All that concerns the army, Ukraine must finance from its own money. The Ukrainian budget is, in principle, is now divided into two sets that do not intersect. These are defense costs and other costs. And you can take money from the army and throw the other way. But not the other way around. And that would seem like a good idea, right? Beautiful slogan. But reality is different. And this slogan does not work. Just as the emotional event does not work "so eggs there are a million . . ".
Because corruption is, and no matter how we would like, it will not disappear in one night. As in one night they will not suddenly increase income from customs. Reducing corruption is a long and painstaking process to implement reforms in the rule of law and the fight against corruption. And there will be no instant result. Whatever we want.
