"No mercy!": The Russian representative in Vienna called for the genocide of the Ukrainian people

Mikhail Ulyanov commented on the social network on President Vladimir Zelensky about providing Ukraine's military assistance from the United States and wrote: "No mercy to the Ukrainian population!" in English ("No Mercy to the Ukrainian Population!"). Later, the Russian representative deleted his record on Twitter, but Denis Kazansky posted a link to the page preserved in the Vebarhiv.

The publication caused a wave of indignation and criticism against the diplomat.
