Russia will be a threat to Europe, so we need a sovereign Ukraine - the Prime Minister of Hungary Orban
Victor Orban, who is a vice -resident of the International Association of Christian Democrats, made a similar statement on Saturday, November 26, during a meeting of the Congress of the Organization. Evaluating the European political situation, Orban stated that Europe faced several challenges at the same time: war in Ukraine, economic crisis, illegal migration and spread of Western neo -Marxist ideology.
As for the war in Ukraine, the Prime Minister of Hungary believes that European countries have one purpose: it is necessary to do everything necessary in order to ensure that the Russian Federation does not pose a threat to Europe security, and for this it requires that Ukraine remains a sovereign state. With regard to European sanctions against Russia, he continued to criticize them and stated that different countries of opinion on these sanctions diverge.
With regard to economic issues, the Prime Minister of Hungary stressed that a short-term purpose for Europe is to prevent recession. But it is the sanctions against Russia and the high prices for energy caused by war in Ukraine that complicate the process of preventing the economic downturn. As focus has already written, Victor Orban recently dressed a scarf with a map of "Greater Hungary" and thus encroached on the territory of Ukraine and Romania.
