The inscription on the packages shows that they were made in St. Petersburg and approved by the Russian maritime register of navigation.

Dumskaya reports that the packages are apparently left of the dead sailors from the Russian missile cruiser "Moscow" destroyed in April. It should be noted that this is not the first artifact from a sunken ship found in Odessa.
