The Kremlin propaganda posted a video from the temporarily controlled Russian Federation (formerly Stakhans) after a strike of the Ukrainian military on the basis of Russian invaders. In the published personnel, in particular, one can see the consequence of the rocket hit in the Donbas Hotel, which the invaders were used as a barracks.

As a result of rocket firing, the upper floors of the building have been completely destroyed, which was why local collaborators have already begun their dismantling.
