Immediately, as in Indonesia, the first day of the twenty summit ended and the most noticeable statements were made, the main meetings took place. Russia is talking about peace, and it is a missile. She is told about global crises that Russia has caused, and she is Iranian drones in response.

She is ten points to finish the war, and she is ten missiles for each world. At half past four in the morning, I joined the summit to present our proposals on how to restore peace and international order. The world heard Ukraine. The G19 participants made their statements . . . And then in Moscow they decided that they could try again to achieve what the ninth month could not and could not reach. 15 hours 24 minutes - rocket, Kyiv. And all over the country . . . As we lived today . . .

15:54 - rocket, Kropyvnytsky. 15:56 - two missiles, Kirovograd region. 15:56 - rocket, Zhytomyr region. And yet - Frankivsk, Rivne region, Kharkiv region . . . 16:29 - rocket, Kryvyi. 16:29 - rocket, Poltava region. 16:35 - again Zhytomyr. Kyiv region, Lviv region, Odesa region, Mykolaiv region. And yet - Volyn, Khmelnytsky, Ternopil region . . . and again Kyiv. Killed and injured people. My condolences to my family! In many cities and districts of our country, emergency shutdowns of electricity.

About ten million Ukrainians without light. Most of all - as of this moment - in Kharkiv, Zhytomyr, Kyiv and Lviv region. Lviv and some other cities have suspended heat supply . . . Communications and Internet problems across the country. As a result of shocks, automatic has disconnected several atomic blocks at two stations - these are calculated consequences, and the enemy knew exactly what he was doing.

This is the answer from Russia - for Indonesia, India, China and all other countries that said that the war should be finished. Russia tells the world that he wants to continue. The answer is now by the world. Especially today, what we have warned for a long time. We talked about it. Terror is not limited to our state borders. It has already spread to Moldova. And today Russian missiles hit Poland, in the territory of our friendly country. People were killed.

Please accept sympathy for all Ukrainian brothers! How many times did Ukraine say that our country-terrorist state would not be limited? Poland, the Baltic States . . . This is a matter of time when Russian terror would go. It is necessary to put in the place of the terrorist! The longer Russia feels impunity, the more there will be a threat to anyone that Russian missiles can reach. To beat NATO missiles . . . This is a Russian rocket stroke on collective security! This is a very significant escalation.

We need to act. And now I want to tell all our Polish brothers and sisters . . . Ukraine will always support you! Terror will not break free people! Victory is possible when there is no fear! We do not have you. I want to thank all partners who help protect the sky. In particular, we have worked well today with NASAMS: ten launches - ten hits. As of this hour, more than 70 rockets and ten shock drones have been shot down.

I thank all of our American and European friends who helps us provide such a result. I thank all our soldiers of the South Air Commands, Center, East and West, as well as units of air defense of the Land Forces. I thank all our rescuers, our energy, who will work around the clock to restore normal life for Ukrainians. Rehabilitation work began throughout the country. We will pass that.
