No stroke of terrorists will stop our defenders - the President of Ukraine's address
Each city and district of Ukraine depends on the stability of the energy of our country. Please limit the work of equipment that consumes a lot of electricity. And especially during peak consumption in the morning and evening. Please pay attention to messages from local authorities and power companies about when there may be stabilization shutdowns in your street or in your area. Plan your day by taking into account this information.
In the part of our country, where electricity was disconnected as a result of today's blow, it has already been able to restore energy. In part in the Odessa region, partly in Khmelnytskyi electricity has already been returned, Rivne region - most resumed, there are positive reports from other areas. But in many cities, in many areas, restorative work is still ongoing. We try to turn the light back on people as soon as possible.
I want to thank everyone who is involved in this work: energy workers, utilities and local self -government, government officials and businesses that also help. Together we now show that Ukrainian life cannot be broken. Even if the enemy can leave us temporarily without light, he will never leave us without the desire to correct everything, repair and return to normal. And even now - partly in the dark - life in our country, in our Ukraine, is still civilized.
Unlike Russia that carries us this terror. They have wildness there, as in ancient times. Only savages can carry such evil of the world. I want to emphasize: neither this blow of terrorists, nor any other such blows will stop our defenders. Russian propagandists lie when they say that this terror against our infrastructure and people may somehow slow down the active actions of our military or create some difficulties in our defense.
Ukrainians are united and know exactly that Russia has no chance of winning in this war. Our defense forces get everything necessary for the protection of the state and daily - I emphasize: daily - move forward. Our air forces also demonstrate good results. Of course, we do not yet have a technical ability to knock 100% of Russian missiles and shock drones. Gradually we will come to this - with the help of our partners, I am sure. But now most winged rockets, most drones are knocking down.
In the first half of this era, 20 missiles-"calibers" and X-101, also more than 10 Shahaneda Iranian "were shot down. I would like to thank our soldiers and anti -aircraft commands of the West, South and Center today, as well as mobile fire groups of all defense forces for their lives of our people and preserved infrastructure of Ukraine today.
We are preparing the soil to extend the world sanction policy to all Russian propagandists, the so-called leaders of thoughts and representatives of show business who support or justify terror. The International Working Group on Sanctions Against Russia, headed by Michael McFol and Andriy Yermak, has prepared a road map of individual sanctions. Prepared the basic list of all those involved in the spread of narratives without which Russian terror is impossible.
We must clearly evaluate such an "information and emotional" component of terror: the Russian army loses and retreats on the battlefield, and therefore the results of terror against our civilian population and infrastructure are presented by Russian propaganda as a substitute for military victories. Also, various Russian information and stars are involved in justifying the criminal attempt of annexation of our territory and mobilization to the war against us, against Ukraine.
Absolutely all such persons must receive a complete package of individual sanctions so that nothing can do in the world at all. We are working on it. Very well Ukraine was presented this week in Frankfurt at the largest in Europe and one of the world's largest book fair. It's not just an event for publishing business and writers. It is one of the key European discussion sites and an influential information event.
The first lady of Ukraine presented her projects of support for education and cultural sphere. In particular, the books without borders are the provision of children of our forced displaced persons in Ukrainian. And also the project "Ukrainian Book Shelf", which is already presented in 20 countries. In total, more than 40 Ukrainian publishers, well -known writers, well -known publicists, and historians took part in the Frankfurt Fair.
