At the same time, Estonia has already announced that it would introduce a complete ban on the issuance of Schengen visas for Russian citizens if the European Union does not reach a joint agreement in this matter. Estonia will provide an appropriate proposal for the European Commission before the meeting of the Foreign Minister.
