The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation introduced a ban on entering Russia 25 citizens of the United States, including Hollywood stars. In particular, the new list of 25 American politicians and cultural figures who were banned from entering Russia included Hollywood actors Sean Penn and Ben Stiller.

"The hostile actions of the US authorities, which continues to follow the Russophobic course, destroying bilateral relations and pushed by the confrontation between Russia and the United States, will continue to be resolutely repelled," the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation said.
