Reported to the FSB: the State Duma of the Russian Federation suggested banning entry into the country to musicians "BI-2"

Deputy Dmitry Kuznetsov sent a letter to the head of the FSB with a request to consider the possibility of ban on entry into Russia for two members of the group - Alexander Uman and Yegor Bortnik. BI-2 soloists can prohibit entry into the territory of the Russian Federation. This initiative was addressed to the FSB of the State Duma Deputy of the Russian Federation from the faction "Fair Russia - for the truth" Dmitry Kuznetsov, reports Tarks.

The deputy wrote a letter to the head of the FSB Alexander Bortnikov, which states that the participants of the Music team "BI-2" took an anti-Russian position. Some media outlets report that the group's soloists have removed from the work of those employees who allegedly supported the war in Ukraine.

In addition, the musicians wrote a song with political implications on the subject of Russian-Ukrainian relations, and refused to give a concert in Omsk because of the presence of a banner with the letter Z. Kuznetsov notes that the FSB has already forbidden entry into the country for some artists who do not have Russian citizenship and make anti -Russian statements.

According to him, the participants of the BI-2 group in their interviews repeatedly emphasized that they are not citizens of Russia. In addition, they continue concert activity in the Russian Federation and oppose the Russian army.

"On the basis of the above, guided by the Federal Law" On the procedure for leaving the Russian Federation and entering the Russian Federation ", in order to ensure the defense or security ride the territory of the Russian Federation for Uman Alexander Nikolaevich and Bortnik Yegor Mikhailovich, " - reads the text of the letter.

Kuznetsov also sent a letter to the head of the investigative committee of the Russian Federation Alexander Bastkin, in which he asked to check the activity of the guitarist "BI-2" Alexander Uman for "the presence of a crime provided for in Article 280. 3" of the Criminal Code (discrediting of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation). The participants of the BI-2 team Yegor Bortnik and Alexander Uman are natives of the Belarusian SSR.

In an interview with Komsomolskaya Pravda, they said that they did not have Russian citizenship. The Bortnik has a passport of an Israeli citizen, Uman - Australia. The musicians have not yet responded to information about the possible ban on entry into Russia and did not comment on Kuznetsov's letter to the FSB.

Earlier it was reported that the participants of the Russian group Little Big, who left the territory of the Russian Federation in March this year, opposed the war in Ukraine, censorship and policies of Russia. After publishing at the official Instagram of the band Elijah Prussikin "called" and asked to remove the post. On June 24, Deputy Minister of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine announced the creation of a "white list" of Russian artists, whose creativity can spread in Ukraine.
