Russian tankers have learned to bypass the ban on entry into EU ports - schemes

Russian tankers export petroleum products to Europe, despite the ban on entering the ports of the EU countries. About it reports the project of Radio Liberty Scheme on Wednesday, September 7. According to journalists, the aggressor country uses two schemes to bypass. In the first case, the Russian tankers coming out of the Russian ports stop in the Black Sea off the coast of Romania, where there is an overload on the vessel under the flags of EU countries.

They then deliver petroleum products to ports of other countries, including European ones. Video of the day in the second scheme uses a tanker with a large capacity of New Legend under the flag of liberia, which has been standing in the sea for the fifth month near the Romanian Constanta.

Russian tankers have been regularly loading it from June, and New Legend overloads oil and petroleum products to another vessel, which then enters the European port or "continues the relay" - even to the fact that the fourth vessel is in the EU port. The schemes found out that Russian tankers in these schemes belong to Volga Shipping (Volzhzkoe steam) businessman Vladimir Lisin, who, according to Russian Forbes, headed a list of the richest people of Russia in 2022.
