The FSB continues to investigate a military rebellion organized by the Wagner's leader in Russia. Earlier, Presidential President Dmitry Peskov stated that the case would be terminated. As of June 26, the criminal case on the organization of the armed rebellion by the head of the Wagner PEC, Yevgeny Prigogin, has not been legally terminated, and the FSB of the Russian Federation continues to investigate the crime.

This was reported with reference to their own sources by the journalists of "Kommersant". The media reminded that the case was initiated on June 23, but after the negotiations of Prigogine with the Belarusian politician Alexander Lukashenko in Russia, they announced the alleged cessation of persecution of the head of the Wagner.

The source denied previous reports in the Russian media with reference to the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation on the alleged cancellation of the decision.
